The Sales Development Trainee is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Development organization. This includes recruiting, hiring, and developing a team of sales professionals who are focused on prospecting and generating recent business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for developing a process by which they recruit and hire new members to their team, and then coach them to become effective at generating new business opportunities.

Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in sales or customer service with demonstrated success
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience in identifying, recruiting, and developing a high performing sales team.
