About Us

Amrin Fashion Private Limited is a luxury fashion house specializing in bridal couture, bespoke fashion, trousseau, occasion wear, and contemporary Indian fashion. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our design team and contribute to the development and execution of our collections.

Role Overview

The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing fashion collections while maintaining the creative vision, quality standards, and aesthetic identity of the brand. The role involves working closely with the design, production, embroidery, merchandising, and management teams to take designs from concept to final garment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute fashion collections across bridal couture, occasion wear, bespoke, and womenswear.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, silhouettes, embroidery concepts, and garment details.
- Research fabrics, textiles, embroidery techniques, colors, trends, and market developments.
- Coordinate with embroidery, sampling, production, and finishing teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Oversee sampling, fittings, alterations, and final garment development.
- Review finished garments to ensure design accuracy, fit, finishing, and quality standards.
- Work with merchandising and sales teams to understand client requirements and develop customized designs.
- Guide and support junior designers, interns, and design assistants when required.
- Maintain the brand's creative direction,



design aesthetic, and luxury quality standards.
- Participate in client consultations, photoshoots, exhibitions, and other fashion-related activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fashion design, preferably in luxury, bridal, couture, occasion wear, or premium womenswear.
- Strong knowledge of Indian textiles, embroidery, surface ornamentation, fabrics, silhouettes, and garment construction.
- Strong skills in fashion illustration, design development, mood boards, and collection development.
- Ability to take a design from concept to final garment, including sampling, fittings, and execution.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of luxury finishing and quality standards.
- Ability to coordinate with production, embroidery, merchandising, and sales teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in relevant fashion design software is an added advantage.
