We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, support employee relations, recruitment, attendance, documentation, and HR administration. The candidate should have positive communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and personnel documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related HR data.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and employee orientation.
- Prepare and maintain HR letters, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and relieving letters.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave information.
- Handle employee queries and assist in resolving workplace concerns.




- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Coordinate exit formalities, resignation processes, and full-and-final documentation.
- Prepare regular HR reports and maintain HR-related databases.
- Support HR Manager/HR Head in various administrative and employee-related activities.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.
