Job Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international ticket bookings
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and re-issuance
- Provide fare details and travel information to customers
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of ticketing/reservations /Bookings
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: As per company standards (based on experience)
