Responsibilities Of The Candidate Include:

Should Be Able To Prepare
• Project Vision Document

- Business Requirements Document
- Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)/ Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- System Requirement Specification (SRS)/ System Requirement Document (SRD)
- Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Use Case Diagrams
- Wireframes, Mockups
- Change Request Document

- Customer requirements gathering and engagement.
- Create scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.
- Create workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specification after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
- Engage and interact with internal team - developers, QA, testers & managers.
- Empower the customers through demonstration and presentation of the proposed solution/ prototype.




- Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value (services / products) to the customers.
- Engage with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer.
- Support QA/testing team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet the needs of businesses by giving timely inputs/feedback.

Skills :

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as IT business analyst
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
