Job Description – Account Executive (Remittance / Import-Export)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, entries, and reconciliations.
- Manage Import/Export accounting and documentation.
- Handle foreign remittance transactions and related accounting entries.
- Coordinate with banks for remittance, payments, and transaction-related activities.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers and conduct regular reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and banking partners.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain accounting records in ERP/accounting software.





Mandatory Skills

- Import & Export knowledge – Mandatory
- Foreign Remittance knowledge – Mandatory
- Good understanding of accounting and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good MS Excel and ERP/accounting software skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates with hands-on experience in Import/Export, Foreign Remittance, Banking Transactions, and Accounting will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
