Job Description:
Lead / Head Oracle DBACore Architecture: Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade Oracle Database environments, including Real Application Clusters (RAC), Automatic Storage Management (ASM), and Active Data Guard.

- Performance Tuning: Drive advanced troubleshooting, bottleneck identification, and SQL query/memory optimization.
- High Availability & Recovery: Architect robust backup, restoration, and disaster recovery policies via RMAN and GoldenGate.
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead database migration and upgrade initiatives, define security benchmarks, and mentor junior/mid-level database engineers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with software development, infrastructure, and cloud operations teams to ensure smooth application deployments.

LPALead / Senior Oracle DBA (8–12 years): ₹16 LPA – ₹24

LPAHead / Principal Database Architect (12+ years): ₹25 LPA – ₹35+ LPA
