We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a premium hotel construction project in Agartala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end civil construction activities, ensuring high-quality execution, timely project completion and effective coordination with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all civil construction activities for the hotel project.
- Supervise site execution, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, safety and overall site performance.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams and vendors.
- Review and verify BOQs, contractor bills, material consumption, and project costs.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to maintain uninterrupted project execution.
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly project progress reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial, or high-rise construction projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, BOQ preparation, billing, quantity verification and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to manage multiple contractors and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of construction quality standards, safety regulations and cost control.
- Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and schedule.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
