Benchmark Developers is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Executive for its project Benchmark Aspire, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

The role focuses on handling premium residential sales for apartments priced from ₹4 Crore onwards, conducting site visits, client meetings, lead follow-up, negotiations, and booking conversions.

We are looking for a confident, polished, and target-oriented candidate with proven experience in premium residential real estate sales and strong client handling ability.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Handle premium residential sales inquiries and serious buyer leads

· Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs at Benchmark Aspire

· Explain:

- o Project details
- o Floor plans
- o Pricing
- o Payment schedules
- o Project USP and specifications

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers

· Follow up with leads through calls, meetings, and site visits

· Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Management for booking formalities

· Assist in negotiation and booking closure

· Maintain lead tracker, site visit reports, and sales pipeline

· Support sales campaigns and customer engagement activities

Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.





Preferred Candidate Profile:-

· Graduate in any discipline

· 5–10 years of experience in premium residential real estate sales

· Candidates with experience in reputed real estate organizations handling premium residential inventory valued at ₹4 Crore and above shall be preferred

Age Preference : 30 to 42 years preferred

. Knowledge of ERP software is mandatory

· Experience in handling premium residential buyers, business owners, senior professionals, NRIs, and high-value customers

· Must be fluent in:

o English

o Hindi

o Bengali

- · Must know two-wheeler riding
- · Strong communication and negotiation skills
- · Confident in independent client handling and site visits
- · Skilled personality and presentable appearance preferred
- Candidates staying within 45 minutes to 1 hour from Salt Lake Sector V preferred

Salary + Incentives:-

₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Fixed)

Attractive Performance-Based Sales Incentives in addition to fixed salary.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
