MBA- HR, PG- Diploma & LLB preferred.

Required profile:

- Experience in all government Laisioning for Factory, Good knowledge of PF, ESI, and Professional Tax. Pollution matters etc. Proficient in MS Office.

- General Manager of administration is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions in the factory. A major part involves leading and directing employees. Ensures administrative efficiency, proper procedure, implementation of policies and employee morale. Can lead the business operations and help the company to thrive.

- Prepare regular reports for upper management, Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations, Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.), Solid analytical ability & Problem-solving aptitude.

- Excellent communication skills. A team player with leadership skills, Manage schedules and deadlines of all licences and returns.

- Handle legal matters of the company.
