About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute SEO strategies that improve our website's visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive qualified leads. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing stakeholders to optimize website performance and stay ahead of search engine trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.

Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture.

Perform regular SEO audits and recommend improvements.

Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools.

Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Build and manage ethical link-building campaigns.

Track, measure, and report on SEO performance using key metrics and KPIs.

Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,



or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Familiarity with local SEO and e-commerce SEO.

Experience with content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

SEO certifications are a plus.
