Solar Sales Executive – Raynova Energy

Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through field visits and referrals.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Explain the benefits of solar power systems.
- Conduct site visits and collect customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations with the support team.
- Follow up with customers until the order is closed.
- Maintain daily sales reports in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone apps.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in solar, electrical, or field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
