WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Location: Kalmeshwar MIDC, Nagpur
Experience: 2+ Years Preferred
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Shift: 12 Hours | Full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production activities and manpower
- Achieve daily production targets
- Monitor machines, quality & production processes
- Maintain shift reports, production records & attendance
- Coordinate with Quality & Maintenance teams
- Ensure 5S, safety and proper shop-floor practices
- Minimize wastage and production rejection
Required Skills:
Good manpower handling & leadership
Basic production & machinery knowledge
Communication & problem-solving skills
Basic Excel/computer knowledge preferred
Knowledge of 5S, Safety & Quality practices
