Job Overview

OneOnic Solutions is looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. Whether you're a fresher eager to learn or an experienced SEO professional, we are looking for someone who enjoys improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and staying updated with the latest search engine trends.

You will work on SEO for our company website, SaaS products, Shopify apps, client websites, and content marketing initiatives.

Objectives of this Role

- Improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Increase qualified organic traffic and lead generation.
- Perform technical, on-page, and off-page SEO activities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content writers to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor website performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with Google's latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Optimize landing pages and website content for search engines.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page performance.
- Create SEO-friendly website architecture.

Technical SEO

- Conduct website SEO audits.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors and indexing issues.
- Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and canonical tags.
- Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Monitor Google Search Console and fix reported issues.

Off-Page SEO





- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO techniques.
- Perform outreach campaigns for guest posting and link building.
- Monitor backlink profile and competitor backlinks.
- Improve domain authority through white-hat SEO strategies.

Content SEO

- Create SEO content strategies and content calendars.
- Optimize blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
- Work closely with content writers to publish high-quality SEO content.
- Identify content gaps and keyword opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports.
- Measure conversions and recommend growth strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research tools.
- Understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

- B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CSE) / BCA / MCA / M.Sc (IT) / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent.
- Freshers with SEO knowledge, certifications, internships, or personal projects are encouraged to apply.
