Role: YASHODARSHI

A YASHODARSHI evaluates students scientifically, understands their inner strengths and gaps, and guides them along their Personalised Success Path.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate student submissions accurately and objectively
- Complete every evaluation within 12 hours of the student’s submission
- Follow YASHHO’s prescribed scientific evaluation standards
- Provide explicit, constructive and student-specific observations
- Track students’ progress and maintain evaluation records
- Assign appropriate strengthening activities
- Review completed activities and provide timely feedback
- Guide and motivate students throughout their success journey
- Communicate effectively with students, parents and the YASHHO team
- Participate in mandatory training, review and performance meetings
- Maintain complete confidentiality of student information

Mandatory Requirement

Once a student submits an assessment or activity, the evaluation must be completed within 12 hours—without exception.

Candidates should apply only if they can remain consistently available and meet this turnaround time.

Preferred Skills

- Strong ability to understand, evaluate and guide students
- Excellent communication in Kannada,



English and Hindi
- Strong observation, documentation and feedback skills
- Empathy, patience and a student-first attitude
- High attention to detail, discipline and accountability
- Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and online tools
- Experience in education, teaching, assessment, counselling, mentoring, psychology, training or EdTech is preferred
- Preference will be given to Kannadiga candidates
