Dream Coconut Villa Resort, Munnar, is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Food & Beverage Captain to lead restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant and dining operations.
- Lead and guide service staff to maintain high hospitality standards.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate table reservations and seating arrangements.
- Train and mentor restaurant staff on service procedures and guest handling.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
- Prepare daily reports and assist management in operational planning.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory.




- Previous experience as a Captain or Senior Steward is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience: Generally requires 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B; service. Freshers are considered too.
