Role Overview:

We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and execute paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ad creation, platform management, and campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting
- Monitor daily ad performance and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines
- Track key metrics like impressions, CTR, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign requirements

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats
- Basic knowledge of tracking tools and pixels
- Positive communication and execution skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
