To assist the Branch Manager in achieving business targets, ensuring smooth branch operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets for Gold Loans, Deposits/Investments, Business Loans, and other financial products.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Supervise daily branch operations and support branch staff.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.
- Monitor cash handling, branch security, and operational controls.
- Assist in loan processing, documentation, and disbursement activities.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and support collection efforts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business and operational reports.
- Act as Branch Manager during their absence and ensure uninterrupted branch functioning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
