Position Name: Lead Generation Executive

Reporting to: Manager - Business Development

Location: Bangalore

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Description of theopportunity and position

- Identify and research potential corporate clients and decision-makers through LinkedIn.
- Identify key decision-makers such as HR Heads, L&D; Heads, CHROs, Business Heads and other relevant stakeholders.
- Use LinkedIn and social media to initiate professional conversations with prospective clients.
- Make outbound calls to prospects identified through LinkedIn, databases, references and other lead sources.
- Qualify leads generated through LinkedIn, cold calling and other sources.
- Schedule meetings/discussions for Business Development Executives or senior team members with qualified prospects.
- Maintain an updated database of all prospects, leads, conversations and follow-ups.
- Develop a good understanding of Stimulus Consulting's products and services

QUALIFICATIONS: The knowledge, skills &abilities; needed for theposition – may be required

REQUIRED:

- 12th standard; graduates from a recognised university will be preferred.
- Candidates should be based in Bangalore.
- Minimum of six months of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.




- Experience in B2B lead generation and qualification will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn-based prospecting.
- Excellent communication skills, optimistic personality, fluent in English.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong in convincing and objection handling
- Should love to talk to people.
- Open to learning new things.

DESIRED:

- Experience in LinkedIn prospecting / social media selling / digital lead generation.
- Able to deal with a high-pressure, dynamic setting undergoing constant change.
- Knowledge of Training or similar industry
