MEP Manager

Experience

Minimum of 9 to 11 years of experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) field, with extensive project management exposure.

Educational Qualification

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP design and installation projects from concept to completion.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

- Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client specifications.

- Conduct regular site visits and reviews to ensure proper implementation of MEP designs and systems.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Prepare, review, and approve MEP drawings and specifications using relevant design tools.

Requirements

- Proven experience in MEP project management within building or infrastructure projects.





- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D for MEP design and coordination.

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design and implementation.

- Ability to manage and coordinate fire protection and fire fighting systems including advance fire fighting technologies.

- Experience with water chiller system design and commissioning.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have (Skills)

- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools.

- Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2.

- Experience with LEED certification or sustainable building practices.

- Working knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and systems.

- Proficiency in other CAD software or engineering simulation tools is a plus.
