Om Chasma Ghar is an optical retail store serving customers with a range of eyeglasses, frames, sunglasses, lenses, and eyewear solutions.

We are looking for a Showroom Sales Executive who is confident, well-presented, customer-friendly, and passionate about helping customers choose the right eyewear according to their requirements and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customers' eyewear requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend suitable frames, sunglasses, lenses, and other optical products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and available options to customers.
- Help customers select frames based on their face shape, style, comfort, and requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Maintain customer records and enquiry details.
- Coordinate with the optical/lab team for lens processing and order completion.
- Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the showroom.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom setting.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store growth.

Requirements

- 1 - 2 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, optical/eyewear, fashion retail, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
