Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Contract Supervisor for our Kalol location to manage and coordinate contract employees/workforce and ensure smooth day-to-day manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise contract employees at the plant/site.
- Maintain attendance, shift allocation and manpower records of contract employees.
- Monitor contractor manpower availability and ensure adequate staffing as per requirement.
- Coordinate with HR, department heads and contractors regarding manpower-related issues.




- Follow up with contractors regarding salary/wage-related issues of contract employees.
- Resolve day-to-day employee/contractor grievances and escalate issues when required.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ Qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in contract labour management, manpower supervision, HR/Admin or a similar role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
