JOB OPENING: SOFTWARE OPERATOR

Responsibilities:

- Enter purchase bills and stock details into the ERP software
- Maintain accurate purchase and sales entries in the system
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in the required format
- Generate sales reports, commission reports, and other business reports as needed
- Process purchase return and supplier return entries in the software
- Ensure all data is updated correctly and on time
- Coordinate with the accounts and management team for reporting requirements

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computers and software operation
- Familiarity with data entry and report generation
- Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to learn and work ERP software
- Prior experience in billing, accounts, or software operations is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
