Key Responsibilities
* Manage broadband & dual-WAN failover networks (99.95% uptime target)
* Provide L2 support for POS, KDS, thermal printers, and handheld devices
* Handle vendor SLAs, hardware RMAs, and IT asset inventories
* Troubleshoot aggregator integrations and resolve high-priority incidents
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
