About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in the Human Resources (HR) domain. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management while working closely with the HR team.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is passionate about people management, eager to learn HR practices, and looking to build a long-term career in the Human Resources domain.Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for recent employees.




- Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Help manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Support HR policies and compliance-related activities.
- Handle routine employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
