About the Role

GoBright is looking for a responsible and organized Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations remotely. The person should be comfortable with calculations, Excel, staff coordination, customer support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily staff operations.
- Maintain staff attendance, leave and working schedules.
- Handle job assignments when the assigned staff member is on leave or unavailable
- Coordinate daily work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Handle salary and payment calculations for staff and delivery partners.
- Maintain payment, attendance and operational records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Verify calculations, cash records and other payment details.
- Handle and resolve customer support queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with delivery partners, laundry partners and other team members.




- Follow up on delayed or pending orders and ensure proper resolution.
- Report important operational issues to management.
- Take responsibility for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Valuable mathematical and calculation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Customer-handling and problem-solving ability
- Staff management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
- Basic English and Malayalam communication

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations rather than simply complete assigned tasks. The candidate should be able to identify problems, coordinate the team, make routine operational decisions and escalate important matters when required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
