Job Summary

Nexgen Footwear Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the accounts team in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle Tally and BUSY accounting software for regular accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Prepare reports and assist in monthly closing activities.
- Handle data analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments, invoices, and account-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills

- Tally – Mandatory
- BUSY – Mandatory
- Advanced Excel – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage accounting records independently.

Eligibility

- Graduate in B.Com/M.Com or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, BUSY, and Advanced Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
