About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Creative Producer to join our short drama content team at Vahalite. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form storytelling, audience engagement, and entertainment trends.

This role involves overseeing content ideation, script writing, production coordination, and execution of engaging short drama series for digital audiences. Script writing and creative storytelling will be a core part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop original concepts and story ideas for short drama content.
- Write, edit, and refine scripts for episodic short-form content.
- Collaborate with directors, editors, actors, and production teams to execute creative vision effectively.
- Supervise end-to-end content production from pre-production to final delivery.
- Ensure content aligns with platform tone, audience preferences, and current entertainment trends.
- Create engaging character arcs, dialogues, and emotionally impactful narratives.
- Review shoot outputs and coordinate creative improvements during production.
- Work closely with marketing and social media teams for promotional content planning.
- Research competitor platforms and trending storytelling formats to introduce fresh creative ideas.
- Manage production timelines,



content calendars, and creative deliverables efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in content production, creative production, script writing, or digital entertainment.
- Strong own script writing and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of short drama, OTT, and mobile-first content formats.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mind-set with robust visual and narrative understanding.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Experience working with production teams, creators, or digital media platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with audience engagement trends on short video and OTT platforms.
