Position Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) and Interior to manage and supervise ongoing interior and construction projects at our site in palakkad kerala. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, and project coordination, especially in residential or commercial interior fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution as per architectural and interior design plans.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design/project teams for smooth project execution.

· Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

· Manage site materials, inventory, and labor, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

· Read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and BOQs.





· Provide technical guidance to workers and solve on-site problems efficiently.

· Maintain daily project progress reports, labor reports, and site photographs.

· Liaise with clients or client representatives during site visits, ensuring satisfaction.

· Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are maintained at every stage.

· Spotting and addressing potential safety issues.

· Enforcing safety protocols on site.

· Assessing staff productivity and implementing disciplinary measures if needed.

· Informing company of equipment repair or maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

· Experience: Minimum 3 years in civil construction and/or interior project site supervision

· Gender: Male (due to site-specific requirements involving extended field hours)

· Skills Required:

o Strong technical knowledge in civil/interior work execution

o Ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders

o Proficient in reading design/structural drawings and handling BOQs

o Positive communication and leadership skills

o Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting tools

· Language: Proficiency in Malayalam(mandatory); English and/or Tamil is a plus

· Other: Must be willing to travel and stay near site

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
