Assistant Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location: Tamil Nadu – Multiple Locations

Unitrade Aqualines Pvt. Ltd., a growing company in the bathroom and sanitary solutions segment, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Managers – Sales & Marketing for multiple locations across Tamil Nadu to promote and develop our Auga brand.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Visit retail channels, projects, architects, interior designers and other specifiers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Make product presentations and provide professional product and solution advice to clients.
- Work closely with the Technical, Commercial and Marketing teams to develop showroom display solutions.
- Identify and appoint dealers and support dealer staff through product and sales training.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and other key specifiers to promote the Auga brand and secure product specifications.
- Develop business opportunities across commercial and residential projects, hotels and hospitals.
- Drive sales growth, dealer development and brand visibility across the assigned territory.
- Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ( Not Manadatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven sales and client advisory experience in sanitaryware, bathroom products, kitchen products, furniture or related industries.
- Strong ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds,



understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advise, influence, negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with internal departments.
- High level of responsibility, professionalism, loyalty and business ethics.
- Good knowledge of the local market and local language.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
