Job Summary

Navera Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining proper purchase records.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source construction materials, equipment, and other required items.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive prices and favorable payment terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with project, site, stores, accounts, and management teams.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
- Verify material specifications, quantity, quality, and rates before purchase.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Identify new suppliers and evaluate vendor performance.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and supplier documentation.
- Assist in controlling procurement costs and avoiding unnecessary purchases.




- Coordinate with the stores/site team to monitor material requirements and availability.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, damaged materials, or incorrect supplies.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval procedures.
- Prepare regular purchase reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of construction materials and building products.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze prices.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of ERP or purchase management software will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction or real estate procurement will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in purchasing for construction projects, builders, or real estate companies will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
