Orchid Lifestyle Pvt Ltd is a leading home furnishing retail store in Kolkata, serving homeowners, architects, and interior designers with curtains, upholstery fabrics, and soft furnishings.

What you'll do:

- Attend walk-in customers at the counter; understand their requirement and recommend fabrics, curtains, and furnishing solutions

- Show products, explain quality and price differences, and close sales confidently

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the measurement and fitting team

- Follow up with customers on pending orders and enquiries

- Maintain product displays and the counter area

What we're looking for:

- 1-3 years of sales experience in home furnishing, curtains, fabrics, or home decor retail (mandatory)

- Valuable spoken Bengali and Hindi; working English





- Presentable, customer-friendly, and target-oriented

- Basic comfort with billing software and WhatsApp for customer follow-up

Salary: Rs. 18,000 - 25,000 per month (based on experience) plus incentives
