Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (Purchaser Side)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day communication with suppliers/vendors.

Coordinate with suppliers for yarn availability, prices, quality, and delivery schedules.

Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.

Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality or delivery-related issues.

Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers when required.

Coordinate with internal teams for purchase and payment-related matters.

Maintain supplier records and follow-up details.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and email.

Vendor/supplier relationship management skills.

Experience in yarn/textile trading will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
