We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a deep passion for leveraging data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Process Modeling: Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized target-state solutions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpret complex data sets to highlight operational insights, track KPIs, and create clear dashboards/reports for management.
- Cross-Functional Alignment:



Serve as the primary point of contact between technical dev/IT teams and non-technical business units throughout project lifecycles.
- UAT & Implementation: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), create training materials, and support smooth rollout and adoption of new systems or feature updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and clear verbal/written communication.
- Certifications: ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP certification is a plus (preferred, but not required).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
