About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Relationship Coordinator to join our Purchase Department. This role is crucial in managing and maintaining smooth communication and coordination between external vendors and internal departments, ensuring timely procurement and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, handling queries, sharing purchase requirements, and maintaining healthy vendor relationships.

- Purchase Order Management:

Assist in generating and tracking purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation.

- Cross-Department Communication:

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., accounts, production, stores, design) to align purchasing needs, clarify specifications, and ensure smooth workflows.

- Vendor Performance Monitoring:

Track vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards; provide regular feedback to management.

- Documentation & Record Keeping:

Maintain updated records of vendors, quotations, invoices, delivery schedules, and contract terms.





- Follow-ups & Issue Resolution:

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services; follow up on delays or issues and resolve discrepancies in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

- Support in Vendor Evaluation & Development:

Participate in vendor onboarding, price negotiations, and periodic review processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor management or purchase coordination
- Knowledge of Gems and jewellery industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/ERP systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Ability to build solid working relationships with both vendors and internal stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
