As a highly seasoned and strategic General Manager (GM) - Fund Raising, you will be responsible for heading the corporate finance and capital sourcing initiatives of the company. Being a core member of the finance leadership team, your primary focus will be driving both domestic and international fund-raising strategies to support the companys aggressive growth plans.Key Responsibilities:- Fund Raising (Domestic & International): You will lead the strategy and execution for securing long-term and short-term funding through various instruments, including External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs), trade credits, project financing, and domestic debt.- PSU Banking & Relationship Management: It is crucial to leverage and maintain robust, working relationships with public sector banks (PSUs), private banks, and financial institutions to ensure seamless credit syndication and competitive pricing.- Working Capital Optimization: You will expertly manage working capital facilities, specifically focusing on TReDS platforms, purchase bill discounting, invoice discounting, and non-fund-based limits (LCs/BG).- Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Your role involves overseeing the preparation of detailed financial models, project reports, information memorandums, and presentations for lenders and rating agencies.- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring absolute compliance with RBI regulations, FEMA guidelines for international funding, and documentation requirements is a critical aspect of this position.Candidate Profile (Must-Haves):- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is Mandatory.- Experience: 12-18 years of post-qualification experience,
