Job DescriptionContent Developer – Learning & Development Nwe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to design engaging learning experiences for customer-facing frontline teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in instructional design, digital content creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful training solutions. NContent Developer – Learning & Development NLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka NWork Mode: Work from Office NExperience: 2–5 years NEmployment Type: Full-time NWorking Days: 6 days/week NKey Responsibilitiesn N Create engaging learning content in multiple formats, including videos, reels/shorts, interactive and gamified content, presentations, and SCORM-based modules. N Design assessments and evaluations aligned with learning objectives and instructional models. N Develop training assetssuch as quick reference guides, product pitches, posters, and bite-sized learning content. N Create course curriculums, storyboards, and scripts for training programs. N Understand business andtraining requirements to develop customized content for different zones and regions. N Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for content localization and language translations. N Conduct field visits and research to understand learner needs, content effectiveness, and usability. N Partner with Training Leads, Training Managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture domain knowledge and create relevant learning solutions. N Work with cross-functional teams to develop product,



process, and customer support training content. N Ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning projects and maintain content accuracy through regular updates. N Support Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including content management and data analysis. NnRequired Skills & Qualifications Nn Minimum 2 Years of experience in content development. N At least 1 year of experience working with Learning & Development teams, preferably in a B2C environment. N Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies. N Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate Storyline, Google Workspace, and Camtasia. N Familiarity with Gen AItools such as ChatGPT and Gemini is an added advantage. N Understanding of audio/video editing and streaming compression methods. N Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. N Proficiency in English and at least one regional language. N Interest or experience in sales, technology, customer support, or vehicle servicing domains is an advantage.
