Job DescriptionU.S. Accountant NLocation: Vadodara, Gujarat (Local to Vadodara only) NShift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Nights) NWork Mode: Onsite NJob Type: Full-time | Permanent NAbout the Role: NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical U.S. Accountant to join our finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, a strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles, and experience in financial reporting and accounting operations. NThis role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, supporting tax compliance, and working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. N Perform monthly reconciliations and support month-end closing. N Manage Accounts Payable(AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). N Handle accruals, amortization, reversals, GL mapping, and Chart of Accounts. N Manage controlling accounts, account finalization, and FX transactions. N Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. N Support preparation andfiling of U.S. federal and state tax returns.



N Assist with internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records. N Collaborate with internal teams and provide financial insights to management. NnRequirements: Nn Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field. N 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate workplace. N Hands-on experience with QuickBooks. N Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. N Good understanding of U.S. accounting principles and financial reporting. N Knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, GL, accruals, amortization, and month-end closing. N Exposure to U.S. federal and state tax compliance is preferred. N Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. N Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. N Strong written and verbal communication skills. N Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.
