Job DescriptionRole: QA Manager (Functional QA – Capital Markets) Location: Bangalore Experience: 10-15 years Immediate Joiners Only Job Description – QA Manager (Functional QA – Capital Markets) We are looking for a QA Manager with 10–15 years of overall experience, including 8+ years of hands-on Functional/Manual Testing experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving QA strategy while remaining technically hands-on, including reviewing automation/code, SQL queries, and APIs as part of the delivery lifecycle. Mandatory Skills: 10–15 years of total IT experience with 8+ years in Functional/Manual Testing. Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing. Strong SQL skills for backend data validation. Experience with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools. Hands-on API testing using Postman or SOAP UI. Ability to review technical solutions, automation scripts, and code as part of QA governance. Mandatory Domain Expertise – Capital Markets:



Candidates must have hands-on experience in Capital Markets projects with exposure to one or more of the following: Investment Banking Asset Management Wealth Management Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) Securities Trading Equities Fixed Income Derivatives Foreign Exchange (FX) Commodities Prime Brokerage Strong Exp of: Trade Lifecycle (Order → Execution → Allocation → Confirmation → Settlement) Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes Portfolio Management Position Management Corporate Actions Cash & Securities Settlement Market Data Pricing & Valuation P&L; Risk Management (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk) Note: This is a managerial role requiring both leadership and hands-on technical capability. Candidates should be comfortable participating in technical discussions, reviewing code/automation approaches, mentoring QA teams, and working closely with developers and architects in an Agile delivery environment.
