About theRole Company: Aqilea India Role : QA Tester Exp Range : 6 to 9years Work Location : Bangalore QA Automation Tester About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester with strongexperience in Robot Framework and Python to join our QualityEngineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible forbuilding and maintaining automation frameworks, implementingautomation best practices, and driving the transition from manualtesting to an automation-first QA approach. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using RobotFramework and Python. Build and enhance UI automation solutionsusing Playwright and Selenium. Define and implement QA automationstrategies, standards, and processes.



Drive automation initiativesto improve test coverage, efficiency, and release quality.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data engineersto ensure comprehensive test coverage across applications,dashboards, and data sources. Integrate automated tests into CI/CDpipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases. Managetest cases, execution, reporting, and defect tracking using toolssuch as Jira and QMetry. Analyze test results, identify defects,and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Mentor teammembers on automation frameworks, tools, and best practices. Createand maintain documentation for automation frameworks, teststrategies, and QA processes. Participate in Agile ceremoniesincluding sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, andretrospectives. Required Skills 6–9 years of experience in SoftwareTesting and Quality Assurance. Strong hands-on experience withRobot Framework and Python. Experience in UI automation usingPlaywright and Selenium. Knowledge of test automation frameworkdesign and maintenance. Experience with Agile/Scrum developmentmethodologies. Hands-on experience with Jira, QMetry, or similartest management tools.
