Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly preferred. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC,



and project delivery frameworks is essential. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps is expected. Additionally, a good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and basic SQL is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones is a plus.ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst at JRD Systems, your responsibilities will include:- Leading the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.- Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, issue tracking, dependencies, and resource allocations.- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including development, QA, DevOps, product owners, and business stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.- Monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to governance standards, and proactively addressing potential issues.- Preparing and delivering project status reports, dashboards, and updates to executive leadership.- Managing change requests, conducting impact analysis, and securing necessary approvals to implement changes effectively.- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements through various techniques such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.- Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops,
