Job DescriptionBIW Closure- Strong knowledge BIW Closures parts design using CATIA V5.- Strong knowledge of BIW design and development of body closures from concept to production stage.- Able to develop master sections and feasible study.- Door opening / articulation study, Door hinge Axis layout, Door components packaging study.- Basic knowledge in door / closures assembly kinematics.- Ability to work with styling teams to convert design concepts into manufacturable parts.- Good understanding of sheet metal parts material, manufacturing process, assembly, crashworthiness.- Good knowledge in GD&T;, sheet metal tolerance, DFM & DFA.- Optimize the designs for weight reduction,
