With state-of-the-art machinery, the company produces 100,000 pieces of jewelry per month, adding 2,000 recent designs each month.Role Description- Define and drive the overall merchandising strategy to ensure market relevance and business profitability- Estimate demand and plan jewellery product orders- Analyze sales data, customer reactions, and market trends to forecast product needsQualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design Diploma, Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in merchandising (jewellery sector preferred).- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
