Job DescriptionJob Title: Associate DirectorExperience: 12+ yearsLocation: Greater NoidaWe at Coforge are hiring GRC Lead with the following skillset:Lead enterprise-wide GRC strategy to ensure robust security, risk visibility, and regulatory compliance while enabling secure business transformation.Key Responsibilities- Define and drive GRC strategy aligned to business and regulatory needs- Establish governance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.)- Lead enterprise risk management, audits, and compliance programs- Manage audit lifecycle, certifications, and closure of findings- Oversee third-party/vendor risk management and due diligence- Advise business on secure practices across cloud, digital, and AI initiatives- Drive incident governance, BCP/DR,



and cyber resilience- Implement GRC tools, automation, and risk reporting dashboards- Engage with CXO/Board stakeholders on risk and compliance posture- Build and lead high-performing global GRC teamsQualifications- Bachelor's/Master's in IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering- Certifications (preferred): CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001Ideal Profile- Proven experience in leading global GRC functions- Strong CXO/Board-level stakeholder management- Track record in transformation, automation, and governance standardization
