Operating as a hands-on generalist, you will own the entire lifecycle—from problem definition and system design to deployment and continuous iteration—delivering measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities- Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate complex operational challenges into technical designs.- Build, deploy, and optimize reliable AI agents integrated into customer workflows.- Monitor production performance, iterate based on real-world data, and scale delivery practices.Requirements- 5+ years of software engineering experience with solid system design fundamentals.- Proven track record of managing end-to-end integrations and navigating ambiguous requirements.- Excellent client-facing communication skills and an ownership mindset.- Experience with AI agents, production automation, or solution engineering is preferred.
