Job DescriptionTo drive e-commerce business growth for Usha by managing online marketplaces, improving sales performance, expanding channel presence, and delivering revenue and profitability targets.Job roles and responsibilities : -- Manage daily end-to-end operations for Marketplace -Amazon, Flipkart, etc. with Quick Commerce operations – Zepto / Blinkit / Big Basket etc.- New Partner Onboarding formalities.- Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouses to prevent stockouts/Stock transfers .- Timely Order processing and fulfilment and ensure 100% fill rate.- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.- Resolve customer/partner issues.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- 5–8 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Sales/Marketplace Management, preferably within Consumer Durables or similar industries.
