We're Hiring: Lead Generation Executive (B2B)Location: Pune (Work from Office)Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)Experience: 1–3 YearsAbout the RoleWe're looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive with experience in B2B demand generation and outbound prospecting for the US market. If you're confident speaking with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities- Execute outbound B2B lead generation and telemarketing campaigns targeting the US market.- Identify and engage key decision-makers through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) .- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead statuses.- Meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, MQLs, SQLs, and appointments.- Conduct account research to identify buying signals and target personas.- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign performance.Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.- Hands-on experience generating MQLs,
