About the RoleAt 1Cell.AI, every case is a person navigating a cancer diagnosis. As a Patient Support Associate, you'll be their steady point of contact — owning each oncology case from order initiation to report delivery, and making sure patients and physicians always know where things stand.This is patient-care coordination at the heart of precision oncology: part clinical coordination, part empathetic communication, part relentless follow-through. If you've supported patients or coordinated diagnostics before and want work that genuinely matters, this is it.What You'll Own- Manage oncology cases end-to-end — sample movement, lab coordination, and TAT tracking- Be the empathetic point of contact for patients through the full case journey- Handle escalations and drive timely resolution of queries and concerns- Coordinate across lab, logistics, and clinical teams to keep cases moving- Keep every stage accurately and promptly updatedWhat We're Looking For- 1-4 years in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology coordination, patient support,
