Job Title: Senior Manager – Controlling & FP&A; – European Operations Location: Delhi Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager – Controlling & FP&A; to lead the controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis agenda for our European operations from our Delhi-based Global Finance hub, working in close partnership with the CFO organization and business leadership in Germany. This is a strategic role with end-to-end ownership of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering for our EU entities. The position offers significant visibility with European leadership, scope to shape FP&A; and controlling processes across multiple jurisdictions, and the opportunity to build and mentor a highperforming team in India. Key Responsibilities: • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting process for European entities, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful deliverables to German leadership. • Support the FP&A; cycle end-to-end, including annual budgeting, strategic long-range planning, and rolling forecasts in coordination with business heads and controllers in Germany. • Act as a finance business partner to European stakeholders, providing FP&A-led; analytical support on profitability, pricing, cost optimization, capex, and strategic initiatives. • Own variance analysis frameworks, KPI reporting, scenario modelling, and management commentary to enable data-driven decision-making by senior management. • Identify and lead process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives across the controlling and FP&A; function, leveraging ERP, BI, and planning tools.



• Ensure strong alignment between IFRS-based statutory results and management reporting, working closely with the accounting team in Delhi and auditors in Europe. • Mentor and develop junior controlling and FP&A; team members, building technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement capability within the team. • Represent the Delhi Controlling & FP&A; team in governance forums and review meetings with German management, contributing to overall finance transformation initiatives. Requirements • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience in controlling, FP&A;, or business finance. • Demonstrated ability to lead reporting, planning, and forecasting cycles in a multinational environment. • Strong command of IFRS, management accounting, and FP&A; principles, with the ability to interpret financial outcomes for non-finance stakeholders. • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, including driver-based planning models; comfort working with large, multi-entity datasets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience engaging senior international counterparts. • Prior experience supporting European or German entities in a GCC, shared services, or MNC setting in a Controlling or FP&A; capacity. • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) and BI / FP&A; tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, or Hyperion. • Exposure to German GAAP (HGB), transfer pricing, or EU regulatory reporting. • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small Controlling / FP&A; team within a structured finance organization.
