This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for generating business through DSA, channel partners, and open market sourcing while ensuring quality customer acquisition and portfolio growth. Key Responsibilities Source Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels. Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to generate consistent business. Achieve assigned sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets. Ensure complete documentation and adherence to credit and compliance guidelines. Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for seamless loan processing. Maintain healthy customer relationships and ensure superior customer experience. Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration in the assigned territory.



Ensure quality sourcing and maintain a healthy loan portfolio. Eligibility Criteria 2–6 years of experience in Business LAP / Loan Against Property / Mortgage Sales. Experience in DSA and channel-led sourcing is mandatory. Strong understanding of the local market in the preferred location. Proven track record of achieving individual sales and disbursement targets. Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Why Join Us?
